    they are terrible!! the food had pieces of plastic in it and the manager would not solve the issue because i contacted him at my earliest convenience and not his!!!

    very disrespectful! i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! he wouldn't even tell me his name!

    Update:

    I went to the Red Snapper on Old National HWY on the recommendation of a friend.  Pass by this establishment almost daily and decided to try it last night.  I was greeted well and while looking over the menu commented that this was my first time.  This was at 9:02pm 6/7/2019.  Paid for the order and sat down waiting.  Sign posted that orders are cooked fresh and that there will be a 15-20 minutes wait.  I didn't have a problem with that.  While waiting on my order I see folks come and go with their orders.  Assumed it was call in orders.  Then the parking lot and lobby cleared out and I"m still waiting on my order.  Finally I walk up and as the status and then there was the "deer in the headlight look"  NO ORDER AFTER 30 MINUTES.  A gentleman came from behind the kitchen and stated that the printer jammed and they lost my order was the excuse.  Again I have no problem. My thing was that I as the lone person standing in the lobby and no acknowledgement from the staff that "Hey why is this guy still here and let me check his order."  Finally got my order @9:48pm.  BTW the offer of something to drink didn't fly with me.  Maybe an apology would have been better.  I can't rate the food because I was so mad I tossed it after I left and went to McDonald's up the street.  Never again I would go to this place and warning all my friends away from it.  You can delete my Facebook post but not on here buddy.

    "KeKe" lacked customer service skills and needs to be trained. I waited over 6mins to order, she didn't not acknowledge or apologize for the wait. I was rushed to place my order over the phone. And when i got there to pick it up she proceeded to tell me how she had other people waiting. My food was fine. She did not put my condiments that i asked her for in the bag (she was rushing me... again) but my food was good as always. I just wouldn't go back on her shift.

    They have the best Greek salad, and the perfect portion for the cost. Their buffalo wings are good, and the whole wings are even better. Even the cake is delicious!
